We are a group of Five Companies well established in Thiruvananthapuram, the Capital city of Kerala- God’s own country, with a century old tradition and enamored with good-will and strong customer base. We derive our strength from an array of longstanding satisfied customers, dedicated human resource, good ethical and professional standards in business. The group started with trading in glass and glass related products way back in 1905 and from then on there has been a flutter of activities year after year.

| 1991 | Establishing Kerala’s First Powder Coating Plant, with state of the art facility from Rans Berg Gema - Switzerland under the name & style: METACOATS ALUMINIUM (P) LTD. |
| 1998 | Establishing Kerala’s First Elastic Manufacturing unit with machineries imported from Jakob Muller, Switzerland, under the name & style: ELASTO TAPES LTD. |
| 2003 | Establishing Kerala’s First & South India’s Second Toughened Glass manufacturing unit under the name & style: GLASS & GLAZING SYSTEMS (P) LTD. |
Today we have made backward integration into:
a) Manufacture of tempered glass, sound insulated glass, laminated glass, double glazed units
b) Fabrication and installation of Structural Glazing, bolted and spider glazing systems, Aluminium and UPVC joineries for door/ windows/ ventilators/ partitions, Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding
c) Powder coat painting of metals and trading Aluminium profiles, Aluminium Grills and Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP)
d) Patch fitting assemblies for doors, Shower enclosures, Facades, Automatic doors, Movable walls and Glazing solutions from DORMA Gmbh Germany
e) Manufacture of Elastics for the hosiery and garment industry
Each unit is independently managed by a team of professionals, the human resource totaling to about 350. The core competence of the group is its commitment to deliver quality product at reasonable prices. Goodwill is another major component which the group has mustered in abundance. A branch has been established in Cochin for Sales, Marketing & Execution. The major strength of the group is its committed work force and effective participation in the development projects. We have to our credit an endless list of corporates, financial institutions and I.T companies who have patronized us since inception
OUR MISSION
Provide Value for money to our customer. Be a market leader in what we do. Provide tomorrows technology today. Plans are afoot to register better growth and spread the wings to other parts of India and register a structured growth. From a modest INR 0.25 million turnover and a work force of about 9, the group has grown to a cumulative turnover of about INR 250 million with a total human resource of about 350.
OUR VISION
The Group has clear focus for growth from a local player to pan-India player in façade engineering. The group is planning to increase the human resource capital to 500 & the sales revenue to INR 1000 million. The long term prospect of the business is to synthesize the energies, consolidate business across boundaries with diversified business & approach the market with an I.P.O.
